This August I am taking part in Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation's Summer Walkies challenge in hope to raise money and awareness for the devastating disease that is lung cancer. I will be taking on 10,000 steps a day with my dog in order to push myself, improve my health and look after my dog. Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only charity in the UK solely dedicated to supporting people affected by all forms of the disease and leading the charge to improve outcomes so people can live through lung cancer.
