I am going to push my limits, hop on a bicycle and ride from London to Paris on June 10 & 11. This will add up to circa 300km in two days, which honestly sounds hard even when I just think about it. 

I am riding in support Skylarks, the Richmond-based small charity that supports families with children that have special needs. As many of you know, I serve on the Board of Trustees of this organization and have witnessed how it so positively impacts so many children and their families.
