This year I have been lady captain at Rossendale Golf Club and have supported the two million steps appeal during the year. Keith and me are going to travelled up to John o Groats to get on our bikes and cycle to Land's End.

The challenge is very dependent on weather conditions so will be completed in three or four stages but we hope to complete the whole journey during November and Decembet. We are travelling on quiet roads and tracks and the total distance will be about 1,500 km.

I am hoping to raise funds for a couple of charities and you can donate here to support the two million steps appeal. I will post updates on our progress as we go.
