We are one , slightly over the hill, lady and one spring chicken bloke who are undertaking the Ghana half marathon this October 2017. To take part we have to raise £4,000 between us for Porridge and Pens, who have built from scratch The Brightlingsea School in Ghana.
Porridge and Pens are now in a position where they have an urgent need of a special needs classroom so they can enroll children with learning disabilities. The cost of this classroom will be £5,000 so we hope to raise a significant amount get them started.
Any donation, big or small, towards our fundraising efforts will be gratefully received and we promise it will make such a huge difference to the lives of children who have very little.
