Many of you will have met me on my 30 year journey with psoriasis. It has been a tough journey at times, however the support of the Psoriasis Association has been fantastic. I have been given the opportunity to speak at their Annual Conference and have shared my experiences as a patient at other events. 

My boys have only known me with psoriasis, having arrived part way through my journey. They've helped me realise it's ok to be spotty / 'flawed'!! They're my biggest fans.

Now that Damian is old enough, I convinced him to enter this race with me, though I know he'll reach the finish line long before me.
