Not long left, just over a week 😪. I have taken up the courage to do something I have never done before in order to challenge myself. This will be a fun and unique experience for a good cause.  

On 13th September I'll be joining some brave colleagues to abseil down The Royal London Hospital from the highest helipad in Europe!

The London Air Ambulance serve the 10 million people who live, work and travel within the M25 in the moments of their greatest need, and can get to people in need within minutes of injury.
