Battle Cancer is a one-day CrossFit style team event of four nine-minute workouts. We will have to utilise each other's strengths to help us get through the high-intensity cardio, functional fitness and weight workouts. It will definitely test us on how well we communicate, strategise and work as a four when those workout gets tough!

We are all members of a new and unique CrossFit Box based in Buckingham, CrossFit Vastus. Some of us only started our CrossFit journey a few months ago and others are hardened CrossFit veterans. We are really excited to be taking part in this epic event and are committed to raising loads of money in the process. 

Cancer Research UK are the world's leading independent cancer charity dedicated to saving lives through research, influence and information. We are also raising money for Marie Curie who provide care and support to people with terminal illnesses and their families.
