Over the last 10 years I've seen many of my friends , colleagues and relatives being cared for by St Lukes Hospice in the last few days of their lives. They were given exceptional level of care, and support was also provided to visiting family, friends, etc. For this reason I will be raising funds for their continuous support & exceptional standard of care.
