We fund care, campaigning and research to achieve a world free from MND

Story

We're Velocity Partners, a B2B tech agency based in Richmond.

This year, we’ve set out to conquer some big challenges & raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Why? Because we don’t know enough about an incredibly rare condition - and no one knows how to successfully treat it. That’s where the MND Association funds vital research as well as providing support and care to those affected.

But more importantly, we are undertaking this to support our friend and colleague Tim, who has been living with MND since 2020. Velocity wouldn’t be anything close to what it is without Tim at its core, and this is just one small way we are determined to help all of those dealing with the same condition.

This challenge consists of a small team of intrepid/foolhardy marketers, who are going to walk coast-to-coast alongside Hadrian's Wall. We’re going to coin the group as ‘mixed experience’ in an attempt to make ourselves feel more confident.

89.4 miles. In 6 days. And we haven't got that Compeed sponsorship yet.

We are completely self-funded for the trip, ensuring every penny raised goes directly to the Motor Neurone Disease Association. From colleagues to friends and family, MND has affected many of us in some form or another.

We want to show support to those we care about and help the research and care that is crucial for those diagnosed with MND.

Thank you.
