Story
A new challenge for 2021 - in support of understanding and kindness for everyone.
I have decided to walk 100km on 15th/16th May 2021 with some amazing friends to raise money for Mind. Mind provide support and advice to those suffering with mental health problems. Life can be very difficult to navigate and Mind provide comprehensive support to those who need guidance when they are not strong mentally.
They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
Exercise is the most under-utilised antidepressant, i want to raise awareness of how valuable it is to mental health and it's completely free.
Please support me in supporting Mind and those who need our kindness and understanding, so nobody walks alone.
