As part of VGC Group's partnership with State of Mind Sport, our team of Chris, Donny and James has decided to put our varied levels of fitness to the test by taking part in the Nuclear blackout event on the 7th September 2019.

Raising mental health awareness and tackling the stigma attached to it is something we all strive to achieve. Everyone has either been affected or knows someone who has issues with mental health 

Being able to talk and get the right support is vital.

State of Mind Sport delivers mental fitness and suicide prevention training.  We are working with them to raise awareness of mental wellbeing issues among our workforce.

VGC staff are raising funds so that State of Mind Sport can continue to deliver information sessions within communities across the UK, especially under-represented groups.  State of Mind is a charity funded through donations and our support will ensure that they can deliver to as many hard-to-reach groups as possible.
