Walking 25km across London in memory of my amazing Dad

In memory of Les Tasker

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

On 11th September, I'm walking 25km across London in memory of my amazing Dad who died in 2017 (aged just 68) after a short battle with MND.

Dad battled this beast of a disease with so much bravery & humour. We all miss him so very much.

There is currently no effective treatment for MND and no cure. Research into finding a cure is woefully underfunded, so the MNDA rely on charity events such as this to raise funds.

I'm walking 25km (16 miles) across 16 London bridges on 11 Sept with my friend Lizzie to help raise money for the MNDA.

I'm so grateful for any donation you can give - thanks very much!
