I can't believe I'm doing this again! Last year it took me weeks to recover and I lost toe nails!!

This year I'm raising funds for the Welsh Epilepsy Unit via Cardiff and Vale Health Board. The Unit provides assessment and management for people with epilepsy across South East Wales.
