On the 12th August Ryan and I will be running the 20 mile Roseland August Trail race to raise money for a local children's charity, Ellie's Haven. This is going to be a serious challenge for the both of us - people who have done the race before have kindly warned us just how tough and painful it is! This will be the furthest either of us have run, and the route is ridiculously hilly (in true Cornish coastal style!).

We'd love to raise as much money as possible for Ellie's Haven and we really need your help. Any donation section, big or small, would be hugely appreciated. Ellie's Haven provide holidays to families caring for children with long-term and life limiting illnesses. These short breaks enable families to spend quality time together in a specially adapted property in the Looe Valley in Cornwall. Ellie's Haven continue to rely on fundraising to support the ongoing running costs and developments for the service.
