On Wednesday 31st July 2013, I lost the love of my life, the man I was going to marry due to a rare heart condition. Jason was an amazing person and everyone who knew him was blessed. He gave me the best moments of my life. He will be sorely missed by all. 

I know that this will not help ease the pain that me and his family and friends are feeling but hopefully it can help another family to spare them the pain that we are feeling.
