We all know someone who has suffered with Mental health or who has gone/going through this.
 I’ll be working very closely with Neath Port Talbot Mind. Mind offers a range of support for mental health from Counselling, Active Monitoring and one to one sessions to a full programme of online support groups. They welcome carers, family members and friends of people experiencing emotional distress or mental health problems. They are also doing amazing things to help men with their mental health, with men only online support chat groups. This is the main reason I’ve picked this Charity and it’s local.
Please give generously I want to hit £1000. I’m jumping out of a plane surly a £1000 is a small amount to ask for✈️🪂🥰🥰
