I am fundraising to support the East and North Hertfordshire Hospital's appeal to build a brand new SafeSpace in the Children's Emergency Department at Lister.

Your kind donations and sponsorship will help local children and young people with mental health issues and complex needs by building a calming space which reduces stress and anxiety, promotes wellbeing and mindfulness and offers information and advice.

The project will provide a safe space room, teen corridor, mobile sensory unit and health promotion bags.
