We sadley  lost our beautiful mum to mental health issues 7 mths ago she felt like there was no way out of her mind with this horrible demons that drove her to take her own life my beautiful mum was only 49 she had so much love and life to give but depression took over 😔

Mine ,  and my family’s hearts will forever ache but want to make mental health issues more aware and for people not to be ashamed to talk and reach out get the help they need don’t suffer with this alone and don’t be scared of telling people how u really feal reach out please xx
