Running has become a big part of my life.  The ability to focus my training through raising money for charity,  I find motivating.

Having changed career I have been touched by not only the traumas that individuals and families face but uplifted by stories  of those who stand up to issues when faced with adversity and push for change.

The PC Nicola Hughes Memorial Fund, wishes to raise awareness and support for Children suffering from PTSD. 

All the money donated on this page will go directly to this amazing charity,  funding specialist treatment for the long term recovery of Children.
