Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is the third year that Alison Campbell and myself will be joining team Hastings on the 100 Street Challenge.

Jenny Hastings is a superb athelete from a sporting house who has spoken out publicly of her own mental health challenges.

We all have been or know someone who is affected by mental health challenges and I know myself that I most often feel at my best self when walking, running, curling or doing some other form of physical activity.

I haven't asked for donations for this charity before and have only given personal contributions and yet after my walking training last month in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu feel in such a good personal place it would be really special to be able to give more to the charity through your additional support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

And every little really does help
