As most of you know I have recently joined a gym, Train Fitness Centre, Chester. They operate swimming lessons out of Dorin Park School, and are fundraising for their swimming pool area to be refurbished and new equipment. Dorin Park School in Upton are a specialist school for disabled children.

I have never done any activities for fund raising before, so I'm jumping in head first. On 1st November I will be taking part in HellRunner Delamere Forest. 10-12 miles of mud, hills, bogs & probably bad weather.
