Our little Jake  was stillborn at 26 weeks in November 2013.  We think about him every day and wonder what life would be like with him here with us.

Gemma's, Life after Loss group was important to us to break the silence and talk to others in an environment where we could all speak openly about out loss without embarrassment or judgement. 

I'm pleased there is such support for those who tragically need it.
