Our close friend Craig gowans was a talented footballer who died tragically on 8th July 2005 only 17 years old! 

Some amazing people are aiming to break the Guinness world record for the longest 11-a-side football match ever ( which currently stands at 72 hours!! 

Craig's squad number was 37, so on the 10th anniversary of Craig's death we've hope to have raised £37,000.

The Craig gowans memorial fund ( CGMF ) was established shortly after his death and has thus raised £70,000 for a number of local charities, including the sick kids friends foundation and CHAS.
