I am running the Great North Run 2023 with my husband Steven and my brother-in law Jamie to support the Heel and Toe Charity who are doing so much to support my gorgeous nephew and their family. 

Henry was born with a rare genetic condition which is a chromosome deletion called 1p36. The condition has no cure and we are uncertain what the future may hold for Henry. 

Heel and Toe are a fantastic charity that provide therapies that are helping Henry to live the best life possible and helping him to make progress. More importantly it is giving my brother and his family hope that Henry may achieve things that they never thought was possible. 

We are honoured to run for my nephew Henry and to do something small to support him and their family. Any donations will directly go to a funding pot for Henry to receive the therapies he needs.  Thank you for your support.
