Ty Price is a community centre open to all regardless of age, ability, culture or faith. It has been redeveloped by St. Thomas' Church, Overmonnow to offer much improved facilities. Activities include: the Square Meal Lunch Club, Tommy Tiddler’s Parent, Carer & Toddler Group, peer support groups for those with mental health needs and activities to reduce isolation and poverty. It is also a home to groups for children and young people, an amateur dramatic society and a range of other community activities.
