Hello / Bonjour! I have decided to help raise money for this very small, unique and wonderful UK charity called Re-Cycle(Bicycle Aid for Africa). Months of training in beautiful London road puddles, under strobe light-esque street lamps on smooth/"non"- broken pavements during a freezing training period has hopefully got me ready for a ...busy, cramped, humid, hot and painful marathon in Barcelona on the 25th of March 2012.... I am however, very excited for the challenge and the opportunity to represent (with your help) this lovely charity.

They believe that bicycles offer poor people the best means to improve their lives, giving them opportunities to travel to work and school. Further more, they are also an invaluable resource for traveling health workers coping with the AIDS epidemic as well as giving small scale farmers and traders the opportunity to reach customers further afield. 

Your contribution will make an instant direct impact and help them to continue shipping bicycles, changing lives and helping people to lift themselves out of poverty.
