While sitting at work with my friend and colleague Mel chatting about about the previous London to Brighton ride he had done and after some checking noticed that that we weren't working on the 11th September 2022, after some thought I  suggested doing the ride, to my surprise and shock the next  thing that happened was Mel signing up for it and telling me to do it. 

So here I am bike all serviced , new helmet , doing the ride - it can't be all up hill can it ???? and asking  for any donations large or small for this great charity please and thank you.
