We're abseiling from the helipad at the Royal London Hospital - the highest in Europe at 17 storeys (eek!) to raise funds for London's Air Ambulance.

In 2018, LAA responded to 1656 patients in London, giving them not only the best chance of survival but the best quality of life after serious injury.

The majority of the LAA's running costs are funded by public donations. We figured that the least we could do to support this cause was to "throw ourselves" off Europe's highest helipad. Easy.
