I am challenging myself to complete this 5-day hike in Cambodia to raise some much-needed funds for St John's Hospice. When Mark was nearing the end of his life, their Hospice at Home team offered the most incredible support to us and their compassion & help meant that he was able to remain at home for those final weeks. After he died, they continued to support me and I accessed regular bereavement guidance for almost 2 years. 

Since then, we have lost many more friends and loved ones, so I will be walking in memory of all of them.
