Welcome to my TCS London Marathon 2024 profile page for Diabetes UK.

I have been Diabetic since I was 16. My mum was also an insulin dependent diabetic and I have seen so much progression in the treatment of this condition through my life.

I have always wanted to run the London Marathon since I saw it along our street as a dental student in London but was worried about controlling my blood sugar

From seeing my mum boil her syringes in a pan in the kitchen to now having an insulin pump, and testing my blood sugar through Bluetooth on my phone, I now feel confident that I can manage to a run the marathon
