Jog 50 Miles in March for Sands

As many of you know on September 29th 2020 I gave birth to our beautiful daughter Iris, only sadly we had been informed just the day before that she had died.
This was such a devastating shock as I was only 4 days from my due date and had enjoyed a very happy and healthy pregnancy with no signs of anything being wrong.
We later found out there was no reason for Iris’s death and was something no one could have prevented or seen coming.
Trying to come to terms with our huge loss and learn to live with our grief was so difficult (still is) but when I decided in January to reach out to Sands it really changed everything for me. To be able to talk openly to other grieving mothers made me feel so much less alone and help me no end to deal with my grief. Sands really have been and will continue to be a lifeline for me so please help me to raise money for this amazing charity.
Sands want to ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. We want to campaign for change and support research so that fewer babies die and so that fewer families experience the pain of losing a baby. Together we can continue do all that we can to stop families from experiencing this devastating tragedy.
