Antibiotic Research UK is the world's first charity in the fight against antibiotic resistance and I am doing my best to support them to ensure that future generations of medicine have the benefit of antibiotics that can effectively treat common infections and "superbugs". Having contracted septicaemia in my early 30s, I would not be celebrating my 60th without effective antibiotics.....this is my way of saying "thank you"!
