Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. I have decided to run the Manchester Marathon on the 14th April 2024 in memory of my Dad who passed away in 2022.  Dad was waiting for heart surgery but sadly his health declined whilst waiting for his appointment and he never got the chance to have an operation.  

This will be my 3rd Marathon, my first time running Manchester.   I want to continue to make my Dad proud of me, so I have chosen to use my place to raise money for the BHF to help fund life saving research. 

Dad always supported Manchester United and the route passes by Old Trafford so I will give a little wave as I run past.

I don't have a minimum amount that I need to raise but anything would be gratefully received :-D
