On the 13th April 2014 I will be running in 2014 Virgin Money London Marathon.

This year, I have chosen to raise money for The Living Rainforest (Trust for Sustainable Living), as they currently need funds to build a new enclosure for their Goeldi monkeys. 

The Living Rainforest has housed Goeldi's Monkeys for a number of years.  In fact, the eldest is a female called Sooty who has just turned 21!  With her mate, Sooty has given birth to a total of 9 sons, 5 of which have joined the European Endangered Species Program in order to help save these remarkable monkeys. 

In order to make sure that these wonderful Goeldi's monkeys have a new, much larger enclosure, I am prepared to run 26 miles and 385 yards, passing through the streets of London from Blackheath to the famous finish line at The Mall.
