London Marathon 2021 · 3 October 2021 ·

It aims to provide information and support to members, and to raise awareness of trigeminal neuralgia amongst medical professions and the general public. Above all, it is there to provide hope and encouragement for patients who can feel isolated and depressed as a result of this excrutiatingly painful condition.

Story

To my complete amazement I am running in the London marathon after accidently entering the ballot!

I have lived with Trigeminal Neuralgia for a number of years now and those who know I have it know how it has impacted my life. I am luckily on a really good medication program and the pains are (mostly) under control.

I want to raise money and awareness for this condition as it can have huge a impact on the sufferer's lives and anything that can be done to help those who suffer will make every step I run worth it!
