Hi I'm still doing Race for Life, but have decided to do it for Macmillan Cancer Support as I think that they are a more worthwhile charity, and are more in need of the money. They were fanstastic with my Gran when she passed away from cancer, and I have only heard great things from others who have had experiences with this superb charity.

I shall be running 5k, and am hoping to do longer runs in future, culminating (I hope) with a half marathon next year. 5k isn't very far, but until very recently I could barely run a couple of metres without getting stitch, so I consider this quite an achievement!
