Story

Grace Withington, Lizzie Ng, Teresa Moura and Georgiana Clements would love your help to raise funds for Restless Development

Restless Development is a global youth-led charity that believes young people have the vision, energy and leadership to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges and create lasting change in their communities and beyond. At the heart of its work are the Youth Power Principles, which celebrate young people’s diversity, resilience, creativity and capacity to lead inclusive, sustainable change rather than just being beneficiaries of development efforts. Because Restless Development invests in training, mentoring and mobilising young leaders — helping them to build skills, confidence and networks to drive real impact — fundraising for this cause matters deeply. For Grace, Teresa, Lizzie and Georgie - four great school friends taking part in their first triathlon, supporting this charity means more than just raising money: it’s a way to champion youth empowerment, stand with young changemakers across the world, and contribute to a future where young voices are trusted to shape solutions to inequality, climate change, education and more. As Grace heads off to South Africa at the end of the summer, it’s also an opportunity for the girls to create lasting memories and raise money for an inspiring cause together, before she leaves.
