The world needs a smile now more than ever. That’s why I’m getting involved in the Red Nose Day with my two best pals Fryie and Soljer too! We're going to take to the local paths and parks together to spread some Fryie and Soljer smiles across the local area ❤ 

Those of you who know me know that Fryie and Soljer were little presents from my mum and dad and ended up symbolising the 'last day of freedom' before the first lockdown hit in last March 2020.  I have posted daily updates of their adventures ever since.  So many of you have said it puts a smile on your face each day.  If you want to check some of their updates their most recent instagram page link is here - I will continue to share updates of their journey.  They are so excited to get going.
