Superhero walk for bliss · 30 September 2018
I’ve chosen to fundraise for Bliss because I want to make a real difference to the 95,000 babies born premature or sick every year. As a mum that has had two premature babies i no how grateful people are for the support of bliss and theu do an amazing job year in year out. I had a daughter born at 23 weeks and 4 days who fought for 35 days and sadly passed away the staff at sheffield neonatal did amazingly in trying to keep her alive and all the advice and help i was reading from bliss was very helpful then a year later i had another little girl born at 26 weeks and 4 days and she is now 4 years old and she will be joining the walk with me and everyone else she was also born in sheffield and transferred to lincoln. People need to have more awareness of premature and sick babies in order to no that bliss is a fantastic charity i hope everyone will help
Every donation that’s made to this page brings Bliss closer to ensuring that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life. Bliss does that by supporting parents to care for their babies, campaigning for better neonatal care and enabling life-changing research.
