For 6 years without a correct diagnosis for our beautiful Scarlett, we felt so alone and so helpless, as we did not know how to help Scarlett. The first time I had heard of Mitochondrial disease was when my beautiful daughter Scarlett was diagnosed with this in August 2017. It made me realise how little support affected families have, the lack of awareness our society has on the disease and how limited are the funds for research. Through the Lily leaflets given to all customers that dine in Tiger Rock and the tap water donation can hopefully spread awareness and also raise some funds for research.
