Hi and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am off to Ghana in August 2012 to support work Mission International is doing with the local FraFra community in Bolgotanga, northern Ghana. This Christian and Moslem community works together to meet their collective needs which includes sustainable water projects, primary school buildings, clinic rooms and giving grants to help local unmarried mothers start small business to help support themselves and their families.

I am running in the Loch Ness Marathon on 30/9/12 because I enjoy a challenge but would love you to join me in helping make it more worthwhile.
