🎶 The Sheffield University Wind Orchestra was rehearsing hard when coronavirus struck. Our concert was cancelled, but we wanted to find a way to keep the music going and make a positive influence in Sheffield.

🎺 The result is this, Virtual SUWO, with members from all across our society taking part. 

🎫 We’re asking for donations to our fundraiser in aid of the Sheffield Hospitals Charity. Please consider donating the cost of a cup of coffee, or maybe even what your tickets would have cost!

🏥 We chose this charity as the money will help the NHS to continue its incredible work within all of the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

😇 Many of our members work in these hospitals as part of their degrees. The closest one is just a few hundred metres away from Firth Hall, where we rehearse and perform, so the effects really will be local.
