The camps are awful places that no kid should ever have to see let alone live in day in day out. UNHCR and other organisations are doing their best to provide the basics - food, water, shelter, but they are the first to admit that they are overstretched. Anything we can raise will go a little way to help so please donate. 

For anyone who sees me day in day out I apologise for boring you with stories of long runs, hard runs, rainy runs, runs abroad as well as complaints of stiff legs and trying to force you to come out for "a few miles" with me. It's almost over!
