Story

We are raising funds for the Dan Maskell Tennis Trust by taking part in their 'VI Tennis 2020 Challenge'. The Dan Maskell Tennis Trust provides funding for disabled tennis players and not only helps hundreds of recreational players each year but has also helped give some of our current blind & VI Tennis world champions a starting boost in their tennis journey. At the end of a 24hr Zoomathon we will invite 20 people to either tap a ball up on their racket continually for 20 mins, balance it on their racket for 20 mins or simply move and shake (the ball) for 20 mins continuously! Our target is for all 20 players to raise £20 through this group fundraising page! Join me in supporting a great charity continue their work.

About the charity

The Trust raises funds for disabled people who play tennis - wheelchair, deaf, learning disabilities and the visually impaired. Sport can be life-changing for a person with a disability and tennis provides physical wellbeing and social opportunities as well as competition for those who want it.
