Sunday 14th October, Viv and Stacy will take part in the Tartan Warrior at Devilla Forrest to raise funds and awareness for Clackmannanshire Women’s Aid, CWA  provide information, support and safe refuge to women  and families who have in the past or are currently experiencing domestic abuse. 

For those that know me it’s been a while since I done anything fitness and it’s going to be freeeezing so please help a girl out in raising as much as possible for this all important charity.
