As  most of you know I love being out on my bike, so in May  2020 myself and Verity will be cycling from Milan to Venice a total of 355K or 220 miles in aid of the Little Hearts Matter Charity. Some of you may know I lost my first granddaughter Lyla Isolde to a heart condition called Pulmonary Artesia, this is a heart disease where the pulmonary valve does not form properly. This charity works for the children and families from diagnosis to treatments and into life at home. Verity and I will be organising an auction later this summer and other fundraising events so watch this space and I will also keep a blog of training.
