Welcome to my Swim22 profile page for Diabetes UK! 

I was diagnosed with diabetes just over a year ago, and Diabetes UK were a fantastic resource for me. I learned to manage my new health condition with their helpful resources. Not only am I doing this to challenge my physical fitness, but to raise money for a charity that supports people with diabetes, goes to parliament to improve care for patients with long term health conditions and funds life changing research. 

Thank you to everyone for their generosity so far, I have been really blown away by it x
