I’m taking on the Queen Mary Sudan Hike Challenge to support the people of Sudan, who are facing one of the world’s worst humanitarian emergencies. Right now, 30 million people, 60% of the population, need humanitarian aid, and 24.6 million are suffering severe food shortages.

A staggering 638,000 people are facing famine conditions, while 3.7 million children under 5 are acutely malnourished and urgently need lifesaving treatment. 90% of displaced people can’t afford food, and 75% of health facilities in the hardest-hit areas are no longer functioning.
