I'm taking part in the 2019 Maldon Mud Race to support local charities. Including Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, Farleigh Children’s Hospice, Haven Hospice, Sea Cadets, Action for Family Carers, The Cinnamon Trust,  Daniel Wilkinson Foundation, Brainwave & Daniel Wilkinson Foundation.
