Hello!

I'm Volf and I plan to walk 4 miles (6.4km), whilst fully suited, in the wonderful Wendover Woods, on their Firecrest trail for Florence Nightingale Hospices' event during October 'Paws For Florence'.

The Firecrest trail full loop is 2.8 miles, I will be taking the same trail but with their shortcut which brings it to 2 miles, but twice. The elevation gain is 106m. Will plan to rest on the first loop once complete before carrying on to perform the next loop.
